Cover Notes: The World Liberty Concert was a concert that took place on 8 May 1995 next to the John Frost Bridge in Arnhem in the Netherlands. The event-specific configuration of The Alan Parsons Project, which had been a studio group only, was one of the first ever live performances of the band's material, albeit without co-founder Eric Woolfson. The B-side of the 7-inch features 'White Dawn', where the allied forces presented themselves (dressed in white) and captured the aggressor at the bridge.
